Here's a Lensbaby 3G with a Nikon mount to Canon mount, to Sony NEX mount. Why own a lens like this that can only be used with one camera when you can own one that works with three?

Anyway, I can confirm that at least the Lensbaby 3G works great with the NEX 7.
